Mweb lick of service but debiting

Mweb has bad customer service please never go for them I have been with them for 2 years my network has been off since 25-10-2024 to date I don't have network I called them first I experienced network issues they are sending me from pillar to post at times they hung up on me while on the call today is 01-11-2024 they are quick to debt my account but not providing me the services Im paying for worse part is they even debt full amount
