I requested downgrade for almost a year continually and everytime my request gets ignored. I am now asking to DELETE MY ACCOUNT they still refuse to listen now telling me i need to give 30days notice !! Notice this !! I DO NOT have any agreement with you or contract. I will not pay you for any further. Your debit order has been canceled. If you refuse to cut me off, YOU will be liable for the service and i will sue you if you chose to black list me. This is against the consumer protection act and i will not be bul**** by you as you have done all year. I had this account one month when fees went up and i was never notified as was the OTHER 2 INCREASES. in a year Where are my rights in your contract you greedy *******s.
