Mweb let down

Tried to order a fibre line, they canceled due to lack of coverage even thou there is a line in my living room, they don't call and ask, they just cancle, try to log a queiry on there website, fill in everything and even add photos but the selection button on select a queiry doesn't work so it's impossible to log on in the first place. Thanks for nothing. I'll take my business elsewhere
