Mweb less than ideal service.

First and foremost I have been a long standing customer with Mweb.I tried to topup but accidentally clicked on new order.So my dilemma begins I called to get this issue resolved to there customer service.This was Saturday 11/03/2023 at about 11:15 am I was caller number 18 they took so long to pick up I eventually hung up.

As my son was playing in a tournament,came back at about 16:45 pm called there call centre again mind you they suppose to be open till 8:00pm no one picks up the phone just rings.Oh an by the way try finding the technical number is just hangs up needless to say I am not happy with this lackluster service.

Yes is is my fault to not have top up in time however the fact that m web does not look after there customers is disheartening.

I hope to get this issue resolved as it is clear mweb is more interested in there revenue than customer.
