Mweb legal action?

So quick and fast to take legal action against one but are never available when you call in or can never resolve you issues or queries logged. I've been unemployed this past year but managed to keep the fiber on till May in June things became a bit hectic but in today's world even to find work we need wifi on I fell into areas for 1 month we still had wifi that month though thereafter it was off and I had to pay the penalty fee which I made plan for was advised that it should take a few minutes to reconnect that never happened called in logged queries and still nothing following months installment was due and I nee paid they don't call no1 rocked up to disconnect or fetch the routers since they've been I've been without wifi since and now handed over for an amount I have no idea where I'll get since I'm unemployed.
