Mweb ladies need to go for training

Really fed up now with Mweb. Been waiting forever for my fibre. Eventually Metro Fibre installs my fibre just to be told that I must now wait for a technician from Mweb to connect the fibre to the modem and that he is on his way. Still waiting a day later just to be told they have no idea what we are talking about. Really????? Also please teach your ladies some telephone manners. Phoned back and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful and promised to sort this out for us.
