Mweb lack of service, don’t make the mistake I did , by choosing them as my service provider

Mweb is a ver challenging company to deal with . It’s been a week without internet Ref Nwb***5 has still not been sorted out . Apparently they are waiting for open serve . This is how the system works , you call dimension data get a ref Icm*** , they than escalate. The call to Mweb who promised a turn around time of 8 days !! It’s so frustrating as I work from home , & without internet I’m at their mercy . Zuhayr Hazi at Mweb even pointed out to me it could take up to 2 weeks! Latimore Botha at dimension data called & said that a manager Thaine Wippenaar would call me from Mweb, but to no avail. I wish that I had chosen a better service provider.
