Mweb. Lack of customer support & feedback, notified them about closing my account and to debit my account for the full settlement amount as I had to pay for the router, this was last year March 2020. As I stopped working and the email address I use with them was my old company that I no longer work for and therefore not getting any email from them. So today January 2021 I got an sms from their appoint attorneys I'm being handed over. i tried calling the Billing department since this morning and when i final got an answer and my air was about to get cut off i asked the consultant to call me back she said she cant call me back im lost for words now do i pay or get a judgment on my name for R2000 rand really
