Mweb lack of customer care

I have been without fibre since Sunday the 2nd of July until now. I have spent about 2,5 hours on the phone to Mweb and nothing has been done. All they do is pass the ball to Metro Fibre and blame them. The service is disgusting, and they definitely have zero customer service.
