Mweb lack of Customer Care

I logged a complaint with ICASA Complaints ;Ref WCP2219/13.Mweb agent contacted me and informed that they will refund me .To my suprise they sent an SMS informing me that I have got to be charge a fee for early termination.

They ignored the fact that for more than 7 months they were charging me for an account which they mistakenly opened and they were not reacheable or attending to my calls. They also abruptly terminated my correct account causing much losses to my Consulting business.

If you are into IT business where Wifi is key please stay away from Mweb. Theres no customer care and your clients won't pay for your absence online.

I am forced to ensure that they pay me for the loss of my consulting fees due to thier actions or lack of customer care
