Mweb lack of Communication and inefficiency in the their billing system

I would like to complain about inefficiency of Mweb. I have been trying to communicate with Mweb regarding my internet account and I don't get any joy. I tried to call the no answer, no proper conversation with WhatsApp channel and the online portal is ****. There is no number you can talk to a person and make sense. I would not advice anyone at the moment to take any products with Mweb.
