Mweb Lack of Communication and Customer Services

I have made several attempts to contact Mweb to assist me with my email log in. Having had my previous laptop crash, I lost all my log in details. I have tried using Facebook page commenting, using Messenger and even called their 087 number. I cannot seem to get any joy out of them. I think it will be best to cancel my subscription. but I do still need to access my emails before departing from their useless service. Once again as with so many South African based businesses, Mweb has a grand Facebook presence but cannot seem to manage it properly. It has been almost a week now with not being able to access my emails.
