Mweb lack of communication

We are an up and coming accounting firm. We recently moved iinto an office as working from home uou can only do for so long. Phone Mweb, they are the cheapest router arrived, technician came. He spoke of a port and left. A month of trying to email them, holding on for 40 minutes only to have the phone be cut on the other side. I decided to walk across to Vodacom. The next day we had a router and 2 days later , after the weekend so its actualy next day, a very competent Open Serve guy came and within two hours he had climbed poles and installed ports. internet was up. The next day Mweb pitches up again. They need to install . Communication in any relationship is crucial , especially in service oriented business . Thank you Vodacom and Oprn Serve.
