Mweb Kindly Help Me Resolve My connection Issues

I have recently moved and asked Mweb to install hardware in my new house, it's been one week since that has been completed, but for this entire week I have barely had any internet connection at all, I have logged several queries online, but no one has gotten back to me at all, I am being charged for a product that is not working and the worst is that is says I am connected , everything's been completed from my side and no one has helped me or called me, or rep**** to my online query. As I have used Mweb for the past year without much issue I chose to continue with them and now wish that I had not. I really hope someone can help me or explain why this is happening..
