MWEB keeping me hostage

mweb has been keeping me hostage for a month now, I have cancelled an order for WiFi with them since I found a better service provider VOX at a cheaper price, but now they don't want to cancel the order with frogfoot so that the VOX order can proceed. It's been a month of inconvenience my brother is a university student and he needs internet, I work for a company where all the work and and information is online, my daughter's school communication and homework is sent via emails and all these people are being inconvenienced by MWEB.
