MWEB - JUST DONT GO THERE!

I am so disgusted with mweb (who I have been with for 20 years). You cannot make contact with them, everything is user unfriendly. They say I owe money to them which I dispute, and they have not had the decency to contact me and tell me what is is for. The amount changes month to month, and now Ive had to cancel my banking account to prevent the harassment from mweb. Does anyone out there have the email address of senior managers? Everything I have tried has been returned.
