Without warning and before a year is up you increase my monthly installment. What gives MWeb the right to ignore a signed contract? When I try to contact the helpline I am number 27 in the queue and have to waste a whole morning trying to contact MWeb. You are no longer trustworthy or competitive. Soon you will go the way of Telkom. Just another South African failure Time for me to change service providers!
