Mweb - Judge the service for yourself.
I could go on all day about my experience with Mweb, but I thought Id sum up the chain of events:
1) Placed an order for 100GB LTE-A with router, please note i ordered online!! 2) Order got cancelled due to my address being incorrect (It wasn't, read on). 3) Sales rep calls me to assist me to re-order with them, and the rep told me that my order shouldn't have been cancelled and that they are sorry. 4) Courier delivers cancelled package. (Thought my address was incorrect?) 5) I call mweb to tell them, and they kindly ask me to return the router. I said that is fine, just sort out my order correctly next time.
This is where it gets interesting: 6) I post on Mweb Facebook page, stating I am not entirely happy with my experience, and that I am concerned that mweb will double bill me. 7) Facebook rep says he will escalate it for me. 8) I receive my working unit. Happy as can be. 9) Mweb Double bill me for their cancelled order and my new order. 10) I call to have this sorted out, and they agree from their side it is a mistake. 11) Mweb bills me for the "one month free" 12) I called to ask why they are billing me for this, and they say its because i didn't place the order online. Refer to point 1). 13) They making me pay for it, because they cancelled my online order and when they fixed their own problem, the agent doesn't classify it as me "making an order online". 14) Livid as hell, I request to speak to a manager who can assist me. 15) They forward me from sales > Accounts > Billings and back to sales. 16) Eventually I find the number for the reception switch board. Forwards me through to a person who introduced herself as a manager. 17) Manager agrees with me about the incident, and asks me to hold while she sorts it out. After holding and no answer, i got forwarded back to billing????] 18) Billing said that the manager would contact me within 48 hrs, still waiting..
Sorry for the long post, but as I stand right now, I am still being billed double, and for what is meant to be a free month, even after I even co-operated to assist with sending the incorrect router back.
