Mweb IT suport are useless
My dad has had his email address for close to 30 years. His computer crashed. Yesterday I spent over 4 hours on Mweb chat support to try get some " IT professional " to help get to reset my dads password word so he can access his emails again. Got passed from one " IT professional " to another. And got no where. They cut the support saying try again tomorrow as the support is now unavailable. Must try during working hours. To day I decided to phone instead. It's now going on over 2 hours and I find the service non existing. Never came across such *********** people.
Im giving up my work time to help my dad get his emails working. Dealing with this kind of service.
As a former IT professional. Im quite disappointed and disgusted in the lack of ***********s.
