MWEB ISP WITH BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I signed up for Mweb fibre coming from a ISP that had very bad service delivery just to find that Mweb themselves are just as bad. I am awaiting my fibre line just to be activated, however, due to their incompetence, have scheduled me for an installation and now my line activation has been prolonged for who knows how long. I cannot understand what could be so difficult about activating a line. To make matters worse, phoning customer care is an absolute nightmare with speaking to multiple people and getting put through to multiple departments, and that only when you manage to get through the automated answering system. Incomprehensibly frustrating.
