Mweb ISP LTE suck ********

This ISP is a rip-offs, a bunch of fruit cakes I have received a mail stating that my account is in the arrises, I then checked my bank statement to find that their last debit was last November 2021 and that there is still more than enough funds in the account I then phoned mweb to find out why they did not debit they then said that there are no funds in the account I then informed them that there are funds in since last year so this darn person says then its the bank that refusing the debit so I asked to speak to the manager and this darn ass person says the manager will say the same thing and will be pointless I then insisted to speak to the manger this person says they will call back just so that she can drop the call also, I don't even use the sim

the person was so unprofessional with a putrid attitude
