One of the worst ISP I have dealt with, the poorest customer service, the internet connection is constantly dropping and no way to contact the service department. I was a client for over 10 years. Cancelled my service with them and was contacted to resolve the problem. Had a technician contact me to try and resolve my line with no avail. When he herd I cancelled my service he just stop trying to correct my line. I then phoned them to transfer my email, had to hold on for 56 minutes to have the phone thrown down in my ear. When I went online it also took about 50 minutes to resolve the email address. I will never deal with this type of company again. This is one of the most unfriendly service provider.
