MWEB ISP appalling service!!

My Fibre connection has been off since yesterday morning(17/07/2023). Logged the call later on the day after the problem was not sorted. I have logged calls with them online before & no one even bothers to contact me when clearly I asked for someone to call me. I checked on their online system today just to check if there's any update or acknowledgement, only to find there's nothing. I tried to call ***, and every time when I'm prompted to put in my details the IVR comes back saying they cannot find my details which means I won't be able to get through. It is really frustrating as I use Fibre to work/ Entertainment/ etc. So basically right now my kids cannot watch TV nor Cannot work at all.
