MWEB - **** ISP AND COMPANY AVOID

I havebeen with MWEB about 20 years big mistake. they refuse to address the problem i am having with the ADSL line . the support consultant Kirscwin Jacobs simply ignores my mails and requests to contact me. they charge for a 4mb line but cant provide one. one of the worst companies in South Africa - avoid at all costs. i doubt they will respond to this is not in there service ethic. They were recently bailed out by Internet Solutions obviously another company to avaid doing business with
