Mweb isn't great after all. I do not recommend you use the service

Mweb doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating I gave. 4 Days with no connectivity, spoke to 5 technicians who do not mind to treat me like an illiterate asking me to unplug and reboot things when the problem clearly requires a physical intervention as their beautifully sophisticated dashboards claim there is no issue. Spending hours on the line and no fix is provided. I will be cancelling this contract is I do not have internet in the next 24h
