MWEB is useless filth

Mweb: What a disgusting filth of a so called business. NOTHING they do is right. Firstly we order a package of 50GB, they allocate 20GB. This was never resolved. Eventually we had to cancel this filth of a contract and move to someone that know what they do. Over a 2 month period we tried to cancel this filth. Firstly the cancellation function on their website portal does not work. You hold on for their callcentre for AT LEAST 30 minutes before someone answers. Then they simply don't cancel the service as you ask for. Eventually it got cancelled just for us to receive an sms saying that they are handing me over to the lawyers. Do yourself a favor and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MWEB EVER! You will regret every minute of it.
