MWEB is useless

This is the most *********** company I have ever dealt with. I have an LTE contract with Mweb. They force me to move from CellC to Telkom which I do. I purchase the 60GB per month package only to run out in month 1. I find out it is because MWeb put me on the 20GB a month package with Telkom. When I call the MWeb callcentre you hold on for anything between 20 minutes and 1 hour only to be cut off as soon as they answer the phone. Logging a query on the Mweb website also does not seem to get any results. No idea how to get this resolved from here...
