MWEB IS USELESS!!!

I am so frustrated, I am without internet for close to 3 weeks, all I did was move home, I did request to move my internet, I am still without internet, now Marlon Cyster blame Openserve and promise twice that it will be resolved, he also claim to not understand why Openserve have not installed my internet since I have been ativated weeks ago, so I pay for internet I don't use. Plus it is IMPOSSIBLE to have a telephonic conversation with him or Openserve. I AM SUPER ANGRY!!!!!!!!
