MWEB IS USELESS

MWEB Takes 2 working days to answer their phone line, not because they are busy but because their line keeps on dropping so they keep on eating up my airtime So finally late yesterday afternoon, I get th package i need processed (via phone) because their website is broken then they confirm for me that my sim card is out for delivery so today i follow up, because these companies cannot think for themselves to do their jobs so they only then inform me that i need to hold again and phone in again because they have now refused my money NO NOTIFICATION, NO CORRECTIONS, NO SERVICE JUST NON-EXISTANT SERVICE meanwhile i needed the internet on the 1st of July 2022 so now i am back at wasted airtime R300 and a whole day of explaining what i need to an mweb consultant so your LTE consultants refuse to assist me while no other company has a problem taking my money
