MWeb is useless and service non existant.

Mweb is probably one of the worst internet providers out there. I am not even their customer yet and I can climb through the roof already. I app**** for my fibre more than a month ago, cannot get them to respond. I sit on hold for 30 min to an hour every time just to have a support agent tell me I will receive my authentication details that day. No installation required but still they charge me R1735 and then just never switch the internet on. Now I cannot even apply for fibre somewhere else because their application is tying up my fibre connection. This is truly a useless company and their staff are dishonest unhelpful and generally equally useless. I truly regret ever contacting them should have gone with Afrihost
