Mweb is Useless

In our current economic times you would expect a company to try even harder. Not Mweb. I moved into a new premises and tried to just transfer the line. They said they "never received my paperwork" I left it at that and then signed up anew. Took 5 working days without my account being activated on an existing fibre line and router so note that they did not need to do anything more than data capture and press a button. I'm not talking about the 30 mins on average waiting time to get to speak to anyone. I cannot see this company making it out of next year and I strongly urge everyone to look at other options. I am currently now struggling to cancel my order as Web Africa is much more competent and are now waiting for Mweb to cancel before they can do the job right. Mweb cannot even do that right. No this company is at the lack of a better word Useless.
