Mweb is useless

I'm shocked at the absolutely useless service from mweb! We have been without internet for 6 days and have made countless phone calls which have cost us an incredible amount of money. They say 2 weeks for an agent to come out...absolutely ridiculous! Sort yourself out Mweb!
