Mweb is useless

It’s been over 24hours without connection and been calling MWEB and they telling me they busy trying to resolve the issue. This is very frustrating and it’s useless to use MWEB, you can’t work without internet and we pay a lot just need a way of cancelling it and joining other services providers which are reliable
