Mweb is useless

I ordered fiber and my account was debited on the 31st December. I have been trying to call them for 4 days now, but I hold on for 20 minutes at a time and then get cut off. Today I held on for 35 minutes before I was once again cut off. I got an email earlier to say that I am now active, but they haven't even delivered the router as yet !!!!!!!
