MWEB is useless

I'm selecting 1 star but this is already over overrated. I have a 50MBPS Fibre line. Speed test always reports that I get this but my streaming experience is bad. I live alone so I'm the only one using the connection. I have previously complain to MWEB about the connection but no solution was given. I would not recommend MWEB to anyone as they like to trap you with a contract but then lack in service delivery.
