MWEB is useless

Since i changed my account within MWeb in November i have been trying to get them to bill me accurately. I traded down to a cheaper account, yet every month MWeb want me to pay more than i was originally paying. After about two to three days of struggling with their "chatlines" they eventually agree to bill me what they should, but in January, here we are again. Don't have anything to do with this company, the service is useless
