MWEB is useless

Probably one of the most pathetic internet service providers in South Africa. I'm paying for a 100mbps line and often run at not even 25% of the speeds I am paying for. My download tonight peaked at 14.8 Mbps, upload 11.04 Mbps.

I logged how many calls in the past and get the standard reply to switch off, unplug, connect to the ONT and whatever else. They reset the line, then it works ok for a few days, then the problem is back.

They respond to queries logged during the day when I am at work and 50km away from home. When I am at home in the evening, their Support desk is already closed.

Had enough of this thievery and pathetic service, you will hear from me tomorrow around the cancellation of my contract. There must be better ISP's out there.
