MWEB IS USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am DISGUSTED IN MWEB!!!!!!!! I signed up and paid on the 28th of October!!!!!! I still do not have fibre active!! The agents are RUDE! The technical support is RUDE! And they are forever closing open tickets without it being resolved. I have NOT HAD 1 DAYS OF INTERNET ACCESS!!!!! Running a business from home and NO SUPPORT from MWEB???? I CANNOT EVEN CANCEL PROPERLY! I expect his to be sorted out.
