MWEB is useless!!!!!

I have never received such bad service from any internet provider ever!!!!! We subscribed with Mweb and they activated our account for a month thereafter our service was suspended and we requested them to cancel our account, they keep saying they will do it but nothing is done from their side, we have paid them for months that we did not receive any service from them i have requested a refund which they also said they will do but to this day has not done, we cannot connect with another internet provider as they have our B number for the fibre line and also says they will release it WHICH ONCE AGAIN THEY JUST DON'T GET TO DO IT.

How is it fair that Mweb is sitting with my money, my Line connection as well as my B number we have spent thousands of rands on call so them and we get nowhere

I Storngly do not ever recommend that anybody uses Mweb it has been the poorest most useless service i have ever received in my life!!!!

Thank you Mweb for providing me with nothing but frustration and upset!!!

Anybody considering to ever join Mweb save yourself the trouble and frustration!!

They are absolutely useless.
