Mweb is useless

They don’t even deserve any star… I’m ****ed! I’ve been calling with no answer for weeks now. The stupid chat option just never gets any agent to reply and the self service chat is even worse, it keeps repeating the damn questions. I’ve been wanting to log a call for moving home and even moved while waiting for assistance from Mweb for my fibre product. This is the worst experience ever with you.
