MWEB IS USELESS!!!

I have a month to month data Sim from Mweb, towards the end of February I was ****** of my phone and my data Sim was in it. From the 26th of February 2025 till now MWEB agents are failing to assist me with a Sim swap and deliver a new Sim card. It's half the month already gone and I've paid for a service that is being rendered.

I'm so disappointed with the call center they make you hold for hours on end and you get no assistance, I would highly recommend that if you are still thinking about doing business with them do it at your own risk. I've never dealt with people so careless and rude and fail to assist their customers. I have decided to cut my losses and move on.
