Mweb is useless

Its been 2 week and we are still without internet, so we are still unable to do bussiness. Ive been told that we will get an update and someone will phone us. I PHONE THEM every single day and after shouting only then wil someone phone back. Its a pity that their invoices are ontime and they expect the debit orders to be ontime....but delivery? None. Please remeber that you, as the customer are not important to these guys. We mean nothing, we are only paying numbers to them. mweb is truely the most useless company in SA.... The said turn around time of 7 days are now 10 days. I still have no feedback, and no internet....losers!!!!
