Mweb is unhelpful and Terrible service porviders .

Terrible ,sitting with a Problem for more than 2 months ,still waiting . Representatives cant even help me anymore .They say that the Fibre box openserve installed and what is on their system is 2 diffrent serial numbers. Still no change. I have asked for credits ,no feedback . Logged Querie and they said the problem will be sorted out in 72 hours. They are not Complying with the contract since I dont have fibre for more than 2 months now but still have to pay my fee , costing me alot of money and as a student I am not able to work or Study which is killing me and they cant do anything about it . Spent R500 on airtime with more than 3 hours on the Phone with Mweb . My Grandmother is Buying me Data all the time for when I am home becuase thats all option I have . They charge me R2100 in fees to cancel the Contract now. I have evidence of all the Whats apps and call durations .
