Mweb is trash, I’m fed up with company me off

The worst internet service provider you can ever do business with, Yesterday the debited me with my monthly subscription of R630 then disconnected my services, I have been calling since 8am just to be told their system is giving an error on my profile, no TAT nothing, this company have been givin Me problems since I first sign up, Ref number Mwb***3 Is what they gave me and I guess I will have to wait until end of the month July for a resolution since my other issue of slow speed that I was experiencing took them 3 weeks to resolve by an engineer who kept telling me he has 16years of experience... what a waste, I dare no one to use this company for fibre they are just a ****
