simply trash!!! my wifi is down even after the payment was taken you rob people i want my money back and i want compensation for this i am not happy at all my husband works from home and we are loosing money i want this sorted out now and i will be changing providers as everyone warned me about how **** you are i tried logging a query on the account app but you just say its resolved when its not how pathetic ....:(
