MWEB IS TRASH

I am extremely disgusted with Mweb i have paid my wifi on the 01.09.2021 and they have then cut my line ... my husband is working from home and this is impacting me so much we are loosing money we cant afford!!!! I logged a query on the mweb account but they keep on saying the issue has been resolved buts its not I have no internet but i paid for the damn service i want my money back with compensation for all this hassle im changing providers!!!!
