MWEB is trash

If it was upto me,I'd give them a negative 5 rating?!? I'm actually MAD at the moment, firstly if you want stress and frustration in your life,sign up with this TRASH WiFi company!! They are still billing me for the wrong package after weeks of running after them, their router set up doesn't work,yet they expect me to pay for WiFi that isn't even active!? They are one big ****!?! They don't answer their phones nor emails,it's been weeks now and no one has gotten back to me!!!!! Something must be done about this company,it's one big Micky mouse ****
