Mweb is the worst service provider I have ever come across

Mweb customer service is the worst. You wait for 15 minutes or more on a call, when you think you are through, you then get transferred, and later get disconnected. Their live chats are not attended to. I would like to cancel the service and am unable to. I guess the only way is cancel the debit order and move on.
