MWeb is the worst service provider EVER

I wanted to install fibre when I moved from Johannesburg to Ceres. I chose Mweb. Biggest mistake ever! I cannot get hold of anybody. They sent me two routers and I am paying for 2x fibre services. I cannot get hold of ANYBODY anywhere. I didn't pay the second router and they sent me an invoice for R3 000 and something as a cancellation. I cannot speak to anyone to explain that I didn't order 2 fibre lines. What will one person do with 2 fibre lines? I paid the outstanding amount to clear my name, but still, there is a deathening quiet on Mweb's side. I e-mailed 2 people from Mweb who asked me for information, but they don't even bother to get back to me. I phoned the info services, just to get cut off after 20min on the line. I chatted on WhatsApp, without any help. I sent a message @ 10:48 - it is now 15:08 and I am still waiting to speak to someone. They are deducting their money and that's it. They don't want to see you or hear from you. Mweb is the worst service provider you can imagine!
