Mweb is the worst service provider EVER!!!!!

I AM NOT IMPRESSED! I made the biggest mistake ever by agreeing to a fibre contract with Mweb. I waited for over 23 minutes to speak to a human being to activate my fibre only for Mweb to hang up on me! Why do I have to call you to activate fibre??? I will be stopping my debit order.
